We started off the morning with the annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot that the Tanner Family puts on each year!<\/strong> We had some new people this year and the first place winner was Ester Loosli:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dad got 2nd place!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Third and Fourth place:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Mom finished the race and Mom and Dad went back on the trail to find the rest of the pack:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Luna was so happy to see Mom and Dad:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The girls were happy to see us too(?):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We went home and got ready for Thanksgiving dinner!<\/strong> Lizzy and Mom set the tables:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And decorated the room:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rachel added some mints to the table after helping Dad in the kitchen with the food:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Our guests arrived! We had the Tanner family and the Araque family:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time for desserts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lizzy took the dessert orders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Luna was filled up on turkey!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We had an arm wrestling competition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rachel won this one:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lily and her Mom head to head:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Tanners gave us a gift for hosting Thanksgiving again and later that evening we opened it:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We decided to sample the chocolates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And we toasted our wonderful Thanksgiving (with sparkling grape juice):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We each made our gratitude toasts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The we relaxed and watched a family movie, “Leap”:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
