For the Saturday morning session we went over to the Lowry’s house. We are so happy to be able to continue this tradition with their family. The Sunday afternoon session has another tradition of “spa treatments” as we watch the last session of conference together with just our family. Mom braided Lizzy’s hair:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And then Rachel’s hair:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The girls finger waved Mom’s hair:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

This year the girls really gave Dad a “make-over”<\/strong>. It started with Rachel offering Dad back cracking relief:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There has been no proper training for this procedure but he is a willing participant.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

While Rachel was doing that Lizzy was preparing the spa treatments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

That’s a lot of applications!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Starting with the lip treatments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

On to the face scrub:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It was not really coming off….<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Still scrubbing. . .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Dad is enjoying the next face treatment as evidenced by his smile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A chocolate rub next (antioxidants of course)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A finishing spray of course:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Still trying to remove the orange scrub from the other treatment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Did he agree to make-up?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

He is brave:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hair curlers and mascara and he’s still smiling! <\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

An eyelash curler!!!<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Finally waxing the legs!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
